El Xalet de Taüll
is a small country hotel created by the refurbishment of a
typical Pyrenees house made of stone, slate and wood. These days
it is a house-hotel in a quiet and attractive setting,
preserving the charm of the old home, and dedicated to giving
its clients the most comfortable and pleasant stay possible.
Located 1500 metres above sea-level, the whole house enjoys some
magnificent views over the Boi valley, the Boí-Taüll
ski resort, the roofs of the pretty village of Taüll
and the towers of its beautiful churches, St Clement and
Santa Maria de Taüll, which are both key examples of the
local Romanesque architecture that UNESCO has declared to be
part of the world heritage list.
